Amy Schlotthauer, President and Owner of AES Consulting Firm, has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Amy has over twenty years’ experience in project management, grant writing, program evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis, group facilitation and consensus building, and using these skills to help clients work collaboratively to answer a pressing public health question. As a consultant, Amy has worked with clients on information synthesis in written format (i.e., summary reports), and verbal format (i.e., virtual, and in-person facilitation) as well as strategic planning.

Amy is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA), ¡Milwaukee Evaluation!, Wisconsin Public Health Association, Safe States Alliance, and the Society for Emerging and Advanced Facilitators (SEAF).
Amy is a lifelong learner and thrives on exposure to new information and experiences. She loves learning about different people and projects. She is adept at dealing with problems and complex scenarios. She hones in on a project's purpose and likes to get things done, while listening to all input. She also believes that, when designed thoughtfully, meetings don't have to be boring and useless.
Amy is a marathon runner, avid reader and wishes she could sing better than she does. She regularly facilitates "discussions" between her two children.
